Rainy Days

What do you find yourselves doing when out and about on rainy days, besides taking man's best friend out for ablutions and walkies

Thermals, top and bottom, waterproofs and soldier on.
Or cleaning and admin day.
Or cooking and freezing day.
Or sit inside whingeing about the wet and using the weather maps to find somewhere sunny to drive to.

Work harder and get warm,i hate idle hands,my grandfather used to say idle hands are the work of the devel.

On rainy days we use our vehicle to take us to places where the weather doesn’t matter, or to better weather. If we don’t want to move on a rainy day we read, play scrabble or watch tv or dvds, or even spend time here. Exciting life isn’t it?

I’m an early bird at home but when I’m away in van I like a long lie especially if it’s cold and raining outside listening to the rain of the roof is hypnotic.

We either go for a walk or if it’s too bad we read watch dvds or tv do crosswords or on here
