Thanks Roger. Sorry you and Chris are going through it. I've had every symptom but have tested negative thus far. I've been sent to hospital twice this year but both negative. I'm beginning to get pessimistic about booking meets, especially Jeffs as this year has been particularly challenging. You have our every sympathy Ann.
Chris tested positive for Covid last Tuesday and I feel I caught it from her as a matter of course. We have both spent huge chunks of time sleeping, but by Thursday the funerals were basically planned!
In line with Goverment guidance, I was feeling pretty much back to normal by Saturday, but Chris has decided to buck the trend, and was still testing positive last night. A phone call to medical bods has confirmed that this latest strain is quite evil, and can last up to twelve days before a negative result is achieved.
We will both test again tomorrow night (Wed) and report back accordingly.
Hope everyone else is ok.
You were missed. It was fun; just wished I'd left my firepit in the locker. Oh well next timeBig hugs to Ann, Rog and Chris. Take care of yourselves and get well soon all of you.
Ann iit was a joy to see you again at Stratford - love it when we get to tear up the same dance floor! Sorry I couldn't make it to the post meet gathering though xx
