[h=2]Santander[/h]
Hi all. When I arrive in Santander it will be dark and I don't want to drive far. Where is the nearest place to the port to park up for the night? I'm on my own and don't want to wild so would prefer an Aire or designated parking. Thanks.

TBH, I just want somewhere for the night. I'll be setting off early next morning so won't need anything. My main priority is just to get parked up somewhere I feel ok, as quickly as I can. I think the marina one is the nearest.

Sure you will find some ware, when you get there it will be like it was only yesterday when you was there last year . Hope you have a great time and keep us all posted on your escapades x

I don't know how to get either of the coordinates into my Garmin! I've tries all the formats on there.

Have you tried this for the first one, select this format

nuvi250w_04.jpg

enter these coordinates [h=2]43.472240, -3.803640[/h] you might have to enter them as N43.472240 and W3.803640

the second aire is [h=2]43.427800, -3.805110[/h]

Some years ago we stopped for a few days at the marina in a boat and the area then was very quiet apart from being beside the airport. The area is a short bike ride from a big shopping complex with an Eroski supermarket.

It's been a rough crossing. Late getting on ferry and flattened my battery in the boarding queue. Then I was the last one to leave my van and couldn't open the door to the stairs. Thought I'd have to spend 24 hours in the van! Landing now 10 30 local time! Oh dear ?
