Scam? Or very cheap

It is owned by a guy who is based near Blackpool who dealt in salvage for many years, so it won't be a scam, but given the price he is asking I presume it will be damaged. He also owns Reams hill holiday park he is called Chris Threlfall.

A while back I looked at one from a salvage yard which was cheap, it had been written off as someone had broken into it via the skylight and some rain had got into it, would of been a very easy unnoticeable repair but I just didnt like the set up of motorhome or the purple interior so I didnt bother.
This could of been something along the same lines maybe 🤔

It seems to be an older motorhome body transplanted onto a newer chassis
From the description, it's a 2012 body on a 2018 chassis and 'built' in Germany! Also, a quick check shows the MOT expired last year. Further, I don't recall Autotrail ever using Relay base vehicles (Mine's a Ducato and I've also seen Sprinters, but no Boxers or Relays). Seems a bit of a mongrel. If I was in the market, I'd be interested but would insist on having someone who really knew what they were looking at (and for) to give this a really good lookover and making sale subject to inspection...
Edited to add: I did a quick check and (according to the DVSA system) there are also outstanding recalls on the vehicle...

Gut feeling that’s a bargepoles vehicle, I reckon from the string of mot fails in 2023 that’s when the chop shop job was done, and from the advert it’s not done any mileage ever since which should be quite a red flag.

It is plated at 5000kg so ideal for the ‘larger’ family
