Scam???

There is another scam attempt when you try to sell. When I put my previous camper on a used car sale site here in Portugal, I received an SMS from a UK number stating that they were a young couple that was moving to Poland were interested in the van. No price argue, nothing. Messaged back to arrange the details and then the story started. I should give them my bank details for them to transfer the camper value with and additional 980€ to pay for the transport arrangement to Poland. A transport company of their choice would send me the invoice (which I received), for me to pay and when the van was loaded, they would send the proof of transfer from the bank. Naturally this was a scam and I said that they could send the transport and the money with the driver and I would deliver. They insisted for a couple of days then they gave up.

A week later, a similar offer came from an eastern country and my reply was that they should think again since I already contacted the Police and handed over all the emails and sms messages from a previous scam attempt. No more messages after that :D

On linux i can backtrack into there email and then gain all there info, i then post a return to them stating to be MI5 and watching them before we do a raid, bet they sh-t themselves when they see there data return. 😂

That account does have other vans at more sensible prices. It's possible they've just got the price wrong.

Also they have good 403 previous sales. It could be a van conversion where someone has gutted another Sevel van. Look at the table fitted just behind the dual front seat. To me that seems like a van conversion, and what about the plum purple coloured sink from the 1980's?
It could just be a well converted van using furniture from a rusty old one.

I reckon that’s an ex Caravan interior shoehorned into the van.
Mot History shows some doubt about the claimed mileage
