Side sliding door position.

Hi I saw a factory Ducato van conversion in Belgium last year with a clip in the (lower) side sliding door rail which acted as a stop to halt the door in a half open position.
The door could be fully opened by holding the door handle open (pulled).
Does anyone know if these are available or how to make one?
