Funnily enough we were talking about our first dance when we got married (been to a wedding today) and i'm ashamed to say, neither of us could remember.

A song that has moved me a lot recently is Chasing Cars, but not the version by Snow Patrol but by Splitty.

This clip is a musical representation of a trip that Chris and I went on for our 50th birthdays.
She saved up for the trip by working for a year in the local Estate Agents office.
I was tramping at that time and away from home all week, I didn’t even know that she had got herself a job!

December 1963 I first met Sue and she was just 17 and it was at Gatley YMCA Christmas dance. I asked her to do the Cha Cha Cha to Wheels and then the Barn Dance to Elvis and Return to Sender

I was going out with an older man (he was 22!) when he finished with me using this song!!! I was still at school and met lee shortly afterwards and the rest, they say, is history.

That song still gets to me....
