Anyone completed one recently? I started mine off a few weeks ago, just basic info, name, passport number, ferry, date and can only complete it when it’s 48 hours before arrival. Any comments / advice welcome. How is the UK Covid pass entered - manually or is it uploaded electronically?

Thanks. Graham

Got about as far as you, Graham, but the App kept going slow, so the promised Code never appeared. So I pressed 'Send' again, and still no Code; then I tried an individual Form, instead of a Family Version and pressed 'Send' again; no Code. So I pressed Send again, and, about 1/2 later I received 4 Codes! Rang Brittany Ferries ['BF'] re timing of Form and UK Gov advice that a paper copy could be submitted; Glen at BF said 'You're not the first person I've had this conversation with; we'll try to help you with the form at the Port, but we're not geared up, and the Form is designed for those on a 4 hour flight, not a 2 day sailing ...'

In view of the requirement to make a £600 booking, including cabin, so that I could get a QR Code on the day of sailing, with a system as clunky as this, we decided to abandon sailing direct to Spain and we'll sail Newhaven to Dieppe and drive. Just waiting for the French announcement of the abandoning of the Test requirement before we book the Sailing Date, and then we can cancel the LFT Tests booked at Lloyds Pharmacy for 18th February!

I got the Form Code ok so I can complete form just before I get to the port. I’m doing it on the website And sailing beginning of March. I did the opposite of you changing from France to Spain as my wife & dog can’t come.

Has this not been announced ?

Has this not been announced ?
I posted the Guardian article last night in which the French Minister Clement Beaune said that an announcement would be made 'in the next few days'. There were references to the 1/2 term ski season travellers, so I am hoping that this translates to giving the skiers a week's notice to cancel LTF appointments and to travel over the weekend of 19th/20th February. I have no knowledge, merely hope that rhe French will take a pragmatic approach rather than a 'Je regrette ...' after the holidays

'Tis the hope that keeps me going, and the disappointment of reality that helps to cling to the belief that the statistics must be moving in my favour after a history of dashed hopes ... 🤣

I have two Spanish forms set up to complete before flying to Tenerife, one for me and one for the boss. The system issues a pass number for each application and I have input my email for both and I expect the process from sub 48hrs to departure to continue as smoothly as thus far (🤞🤞). I have heard that the corresponding passenger tracking form for the return to UK requires individual emails, which we don't have and I can see no mention of this requirement on the .gov website. Does anyone know for certain one way or the other?

Cheers

I am in Gran Canaria and did not have much trouble with getting the form done but could do anything before the 48 hour before the flight . When I tried to do it a couple of weeks before the flight the website did not like it but with no indication why! I am a bit useless with websites and was very disconcerted by this. However when I did it in the 48 hour window it was easy peasy. I got a printout of the form and also a printout og my vaccination history from the NHS app - again very easy.
I was surprised that Ryanair did not check that I had these things before they put me on the flight!!!! On arrival I more or less just waived the forms at the official. I was a smooth and easy process unlike the purgetory of Manchester Airport!
Good luck
Peter
