Spanish version of Crit'air

I have looked on the net but can't seem to find anything.
Does such a thing exist and if so could someone point me in the right direction, please.
Thanks.

If the Portuguese and there mway tolls is anything to go by it will be a while!!!!

That's good news. While we are not intending to visit any major cities we wouldn't want to stumble into one and get fined for not having the sticker.
Thanks for the replies.

What surprises me as you would think this would be an ideal use for the EU to provide one common system for the whole of the EU. Emissions are something that can be measured so why can't you get a sticker that is accepted in all the countries of the EU. How each country then defines what cities or zones for the different categories are managed. I think there are about 4 or 5 countries that require a windscreen sticker for access to specific zones/cities.

Each EU state is still an independent country with their own rules, EU law is only applied in each country when the law is ratified by that country. So each country can still have their own implementations of the EU regs.

The only thing you might find is on some roads and small villages is a sigh what shows a van with a red line though it this means that the road is not big or wide enough for large vans
