Sprintshift oil change.

Need to change the oil in my sprintshift gearbox on 2.7lt Sprinter. Last changed 10 years ago but garage I use not keen to tackle it.
Any recommendations in the Edinburgh area.

Not Edinurgh area, but Carluke. Graham Logan of Logan Vehicle Services is a Trained Ford and Fiat Specialist Technician who has recently moved from Mobile Servicing to his own premises. Graham & Lisa are motorhomers as well, so we'll accustomed to the vagaries of motorhome layouts etc

Give K&I a call. Around this time last year I had them do full clutch and timing belt change + other sundry work. Company has a good reputation, bus stop nearby and Eskbank train station 10 min walk from business.

After having phoned seven different transmission companies from Inverness, Aberdeen and Glasgow, finally with the help of Graham Logan
got an ex-mercedes engineer who is now independent. Whilst the fluid change looks easy, there are several things that can go wrong, all of them expensive and requiring knowledge to fix. Happily in my case, all went well and gearbox and differential oil changed at the same time.
