Packed everything in today as we are off for a Biathlon next week.
i realised that we do take an awful lot of booze with us ? I cannot stand not having the drink I would like available so we are a veritable bar on wheels.
1 case of champagne. 2 cases of Red.
1 litre Rum
1 litre Calvados
1 litre Ricard
1 litre Gin
1 litre whiskey
1 litre pear schnapps
1 litre floc de gascogne
30 bottles on unterberg.

Not taking skis as we wont have any time . Need to whizz straight back before the hoards arrive for Christmas .

Remember you're never more than twenty minutes from a supermarket or pub. Let them store your tipple, such a waste of resources carrying 'coals to Newcastle'.

in France you can easily be an hour from a supermarket.
We live here ( in France ) and in Andorra so coals to Newcastle is really not the case.

The most I have in the van is 2 bottles of wine and maybe 4cans of lager but have to stop them as I want to lose weight

There is no beer at all on the list . We dont often drink it in winter, but I shall pop some in for justin.

Not bringing it back here. The hoards are coming for Christmas ( 11 of them !) and they are staying for 10 days. Up in Andorra for a week though so they can drink the cheap stuff up there.
Reminds me. I need to hide the vintage port before I forget. Thanks Geoff.
