Stunning, brand new, professionally converted, off grid micro camper. I beg to differ

In 1972 I bought my first house described by the estate agent as 'suitable for improvement'. One of the improvements I made was to clad the lower half of the dining room walls with tongue and groove pine. That lasted a few months till I decided how horrible it was and I ripped it out. I get the same feeling when I see these home conversion campervans with tongue and groove pine. Not to mention the weight, just the look of them reminds me of ripping the stuff out of my first house. Bleuurrrgh.

I feel the same about that stick on stretch carpet if they use too much, I had a bit around the rear windows and below the seating as extra insulation it's awful stuff and balls up if you look hard at it.
