The bridge off the A381 between Teignmouth and Shaldon has been partially restricted to single lane and has a 3T weight restriction.

Many thanks for that. That bridge is on the scenic route to one of our favourite pub stops and we're now 1.85 tonnes over the new limit.

If you are looking for alternatives, be aware that the road running from Penn Inn roundabout through Coombeinteignhead to Shaldon has got some very narrow twisty sections.
