The sliding window rubbers

The windows in our Autotrail Cheyenne 660, 08 plate, have started to perish and bunch up, stopping the window from opening more than 2 inches. I've been told by a dealer that you have to buy the full frame, windows and everything, but surely the rubber seal in the channel the window slides along can be bought separate? Any suggestions please?
Thank you.

Thank you for all your replies. I’ll try to chase a new one up. In the meantime, I’ve managed to partially pull the perished rubber out from under the window, cut it away and it seems, at this point in time, to have freed the window and it seems to be working as it should
It doesn’t seem to be the actual seal. It’s like a velour type material with a rubber backing. The van is 12 years old so it’s just time and wear and tear that’s the problem!

Some bus / coach builders use this for sliding quarter windows, ask any which may be near you, jcb and tractor repair shops also.
