Thule Omnistore Wind out awning problem

Hi all, my Thule Omnistore awning (think its the 5200 model) has started to catch on its housing channel when opening. When I unfurl with the pole the left-side arm knuckle seems to have dropped slightly in the channel and so wont open more than a few inches before it sticks. If I continue unfurling the fabric starts to fold. So I use the pole to gently lift the knuckle over the channel edge and it unfurls eas normal. On closing when its against the channel I hear a faint click as if it drops down into the channel. Any ideas folks how it might be remedied?

Just a thought..Make sure its not flipped.like with roller blinds at home.ie..going back in .happened to mine a few years back would'nt go back in completly.

If you can arrange some help, it’s possible to remove the roll out section and see which part is worn or broken.
Any part damaged can be replaced by checking out fleabay.
You will need help reinstalling the roller. Good luck!
