Do you mean Google? that would be part of the Google search algorithm so forum posts and threads can be found if doing a search on Google and it carrys on to users (part of their marketing I presume?)

If you want to avoid trackers, have a look at https://privacybadger.org/ - you can install that and disable trackers on a site-by-site basis.

I have p badger and add block on Firefox/duckduckgo, falcon and brave browsers have the built in.
Dont ever use google its full of spyware and tracking, then sells your profile on to third parties.
