Whilst on a drive out today to enjoy the wonderful weather, passing Greenock we saw moored this amazing vessel. I’d never really thought about how the numerous offshore wind farm are built.

Saw it a few times just down from Fergusons yard recently bill,there was a German hybrid one which was huge a year or so back docked in grangemouth

where’s the pic! Was interesting soon after we moved to Bude they had ships offshore laying the fibre optic cables to USA from the beach at the end of our road!!!
Occasionally see the survey ship checking them out!!!

They have them quite often here in Norfolk at Great Yarmouth.
