How badly were you treated by uk customs?
How happy were you with the service and parts?

I've bought Eberspacher part from Turkey several times most of there stuff is pattern parts but serviceable. Always a quick delivery and never paid any duty. Jim

Thanks Jim, I suspected it was not all genuine. I'm looking to purchase a M12 kit but if I get had for customs I might as well have purchased it in the uk.

If you are looking for a cheaper alternative have you considered a Planar heater (https://planarheaters.co.uk). I got mine last year and am very impressed.
