The TV is 12 v so when in house it was mains but through 12 v transformer.Things being new is no guarantee they are good.
You say you tried in the house and it worked but not in the MH? did you use the same aerial cable in house and MH?
Has the TV got a way to show you the signal quality and strength? For example, an Avtex has an S/Q button to show what is being provided.
You say issues with new TV? did you have an TV in it previously? and did it work ok?
Is it a Directional aerial and if so is it pointing in the right way and orientation (V or H)? could it be pointing to a different transmitter to the aeriel on the house?
Is the TV 12V AND 240V? have you tried both and not just 240V in house and 12V in MH?
Have you another TV you could take into the MH and try?
I don't know if any of the above is of use to you but these are the troubleshooting steps I would be taking.
I've tried 2 new aerial cables in moho , however they are F type connectors and not same as simple push in fits that are used in house so cables are not like for like.
House TVs are a mains 230v and not 12v as moho.
Moho had no TV before as it was missing.
I've been fannying around with it in vertical position today and I do get a very weak signal when I'm physically near aerial, the aerial does look to be pointing in correct position and the signal indicator is green.
I realise new stuff doesn't always work but generally these day you would have to be very unlucky or buy very cheap for it not to, so I'm going to move location of van when it goes bk on road and retry before I start condeming aerial/booster and see what happens.
What your saying makes perfect sense but I've checked as much as I'm able to and scratching my head

TV does have signal strength indicator and its not even weak as its not registered a signal most of time, I'm starting also to wonder if there's such a thing as TV - aerial compatibility? The TV is recommended for moho / caravan use as its 12V but like you say never take anything for granted
Yeah Ive bypassed it but it doesn't make any difference, cant test it in house as its 12v. Where I stay its middle of nowhere so I'll wait and move van when its taxed nearer town and try to re tune.I was about to suggest the sameAnd try the booster in the house to see what happens.
