Mine from last March just expired a couple of days go.

Just a reminder ... if you do take this great value deal up, remember that after the first 12 months it automatically rolls over to a standard deal at £20/month or so.
So either set a reminder in your calendar a month before the anniversary is up to call Customer Service to cancel with the required 30 days notice. Or call them to make sure the contract is set to not roll-over to a month-by-month version.

And then get a new contract with the cashback deal as per Phils process
