Van in vellata

In Malta for a few weeks (by plane ) and while visiting Veleta saw a 17 GB plated rollerteam parked. Would have liked to have talked to the owners but the van was empty. Has anyone done this trip I would be interested in the time scale, route. I also cannot find anything about facilities in Malta which doesn't bode well as I am here but there are quite a few Maltese vans around. Normally parked outside of towns at what looks to be car parks. Will continue to dig while I am here.be rude not to
