Following your recommendation I walked along the lower footpath at the base of the cliffs then into Folkestone. I walked the length of the reclaimed railway track then back to the fish stall - but decided that 10:00 was too late for the traditional Folkestone breakfast of curried whelks.
I was somewhat disappointed to find that civilisation in the form of Patisserie Valerie is yet to arrive in Folkestone so also missed out on the scrambled egg, whole-wheat toast and smoked salmon.
I thoroughly enjoyed both the walk and Folkestone so thanks for the recommendation, Annie.

I'm a bit slow tonight, so can't work out the 5th vice I'll keep thinking...

I notice there's no mention of illegal highs, so it's not all bad news then

Also, they've shot themselves in the foot with the wording in brackets... looks like the rules only apply when the authorised officer is on duty to give the order to everyone
