Warning lights on instument panel

I probably am right in thinking that the faults I've got are due to the instrument panel known fault.
Had this on previous van but 2014 euro 4 ,we now have euro 5 2015 so I thought this would have been sorted.

When starting van battery light stays bright for about 5 seconds and then fades but is still faintly lit. Also oil light stays faintly lit .They are both next to each other.
Also when turning off engine both stay lit for about 10 seconds
Alternator is outputting as it should as monitor in habitation shows correct charging and amp output to hab and engine batterys.

Van is 2015 and 5,500 miles.luckily still got warranty .

New unit about £800 12 months warranty cartronics £150 pp lifetime warranty .my air bag light came on when on cruise controle it sorted itself after a few months .I was told the problem is condensate in the cluster .in winter I use outside silvercreen this stops condensation on the screen and stops water running down behind the dash
