Overcast morning has cleared to give good sunny spells back in Cheshire, up to 17° but still very breezy. Good day for starting sorting the van for its next overseas adventure.

So I took a 2km walk, as it was sunny.



Got soaked after 10 minutes.



Dried off,a bit while walking



Got soaked 25 minutes from getting back home.



Lovely and sunny now, but I'm stopping in, nursing a brandy..

Not at all Gordon. Free 2 nights back slightly away from the river then moved down to the Moselle yesterday and most places are around the 12 euro mark (usually extra for power which I don’t need). We find it a great way to get down into France from Holland/Belgium.
Set for another sunny day today so long bike ride beside the river on the cards.

Dull and 12° at the moment but at least the wind has dropped to a very gentle breeze, more van prep today.

Overcast and 13 degrees at present, but the clouds should burn off to give possibly 20 degrees later. ️

The sun is already punching through the light easterly cloud, a drop of rain around lunchtime, but with a projected 18 degree high.

Another lovely day here on the Moselle. Cloudless skies and around 25 deg at lunchtime. A great very hot bike ride along the river requiring several compulsory beer / wine stops en route.

Well yesterday turned into the best day of the year so far with long sunny spells and we missed the storms to the east of us. This morning we have weak sunshine and 11° and the forecast is for a dry day
