East Sussex had torrentially heavy rain all last night. The moderate southerlies will bring showers throughout the day, but be much lighter, with a 17 degrees high.

Cloudy 18 forecast, with rain.
Abandoned our trip up the west coast due to warnings of bad weather and high seas. We'd planned to take a boat trip to Peachtree Island.
Put on our winter gear and decided to go to Quarteira, to look at the stormy sea.
Last time we were there, 20 years ago, we used to wildcamp by the beach bar, among the miles of pine trees.
When it got too popular, the cops would move us on, saying that this was a protected coast.

We arrived to a large, congested town, with a perfect seafront resort.
The sea was calm, and the heat was sweltering.
Not a tree in sight, except mature Palm trees .
Nice place to visit, though....... Off season.
I had the Viagra.. masses of protein.
I told them that I'd be back tomorrow, for a refund, if it didn't work..

Our Welsh friends have arrived with lovely Welsh rain.
Good job we didn't go to Peachtree island, they have rain, thunderstorms and massive waves.
