A bright start, light cloud, a gentle westerly, and 10 degrees, with maybe a shower arriving around bed time.

Earlier light rain has dried up leaving it calm and overcast.

Apparently it is raining back home in Cheshire, but here in "Arrergate" it is a bright, dry morning with a westerly breeze and 11°.

I'm told that there were thunderstorms.. .

Warnings of more storms to come.
Brandy at bedtime again.

As I write this, the clouds are moving in..
Looking ominous.
Might be unable to go shopping.

Morning all, late start for us after a fabulous night at Goosnargh. The band were excellent and the company was great too.

We've got unbroken grey clouds, after a surprisingly bright start.
Drizzle now and the prospect of thunderstorms to relieve the boredom.
That nice, warm S.E wind from Andalusia, has veered N.E. over the snowy Sierra Nevada.

Just back from a superb walk under a blue sky, with a light westerly and 9 degrees.

Just back in Cheshire after a very wet journey home. Spent the morning at RHS Harlow Carr where it was dry and chilly. I though I'd better show Paul that we had ventured into foreign territory .............
