Weather Report..................

Sooooooooooooo hot here (west Wales).

I did some gardening this morning and was leaking so much I had to have a second shower of the day before lunch!

Back from our favourite Beach.
It's been 2 long years, since we last went, as winter visitors.
Timed to perfection. We had super swim on a nearly empty beach, patrolled by 4 lifeguards and a clean up team , spraying as people moved on.
Different flowers and everything very tidy.. one way systems to access the beaches.
The train with half the seats blocked off.
There's a new, sturdy bridge.
Myriads of Fiddler Crabs, scuttled about the mud flats, They hybernate from Autumn to May
..
They have certainly used lockdown fruitfully.
It's clouded over, very unusual, and feels a little stormy.. extremely unusual.
 
Thunderstorms and rain duly arrived during the night. It was such a hot and sultry night too. Very uncomfortable (west Wales).

Cloudy and noticeably cooler today.

More 'death by gardening' for me today then!

Last night was sultry and it was difficult to sleep.
This morning Herts is dry with the air still very humid and presently at 25°C.
The thunderstorms forecast for today have been delayed in transit and are now expected tomorrow. Amazon could do better than the soothsayers in this respect!

As it happens it has been mizzling here all morning.

In fact to call it mizzle would be an insult to mizzle! It's more like what we call 'heavy air'.

It meant no gardening and a morning free to plan our trip to Spain next year (y)
