It's chilly in Hertfordshire this morning but we have unbroken blue covering the rolling countryside.
It's beautiful and I can't wait to get out and amongst it later this morning.

It still didn't drizzle while we were in the supermarket.
It rained as we unloaded the shopping. We're indoors, heating on.
It's not drizzling.
We're not going out again.

We had freezing fog in Herts overnight but now the sun is up and s-l-o-w-l-y changing the fog to mist to, hopefully, sunshine.
So my bike ride will be chilly for the first 30 minutes, when blood should get through to the extremities.

17 degrees now.. And climbing.
Too warm for a slug of coffee in the brandy..
We'll go for a stroll, instead .

It's about 5°C warmer than this time yesterday here in Herts.
It's also grey with still air.
I've at last got around to buying some mealworms and sunflower seeds for the birds. The robins especially seem to be very happy with the investment.
