Last night's rain petered out and it's now 19° with a gentle breeze and becoming warmer.

When we lived in the Caribbean its the kind of weather we missed the most, warm enough for a tan, yet cool enough to work outdoors in a garden.

since early morning, currently nudging 22° ....... lovely . I should add its our 45th wedding anniversary today and the weather was very similar way back then .......... out for a meal tonight and the van is loaded ready for a Welsh trip tomorrow .....

It's sunny in Herts with nary a breeze.
There's no hint of rain in the forecast or on the rain radar and it feels like we're in for a settled, very pleasant period - and that's exactly how I like it.

It is very silent and still, but the prediction is that the mist will burn off leaving us with another superb day.
