Weather Report..................

All change again.

Nippy.!
8 degrees, as we walked into the village.
All dressed up like Wombles.
Needed 2 coffees and a cheese & ham toastie, before we could thaw out enough to walk back.
No sunlounger today.
 
A dreary grey day with 8°and will probably rain later. A good walk this morning, so everything's fine.
 
Morning all..
Yup.. The rain is due to start as we arrive up in Sao Bras.
We'll be wearing all our big winter gear.
Shuffling around like geriatric Wombles..
Hard to keep one's trousers up, when carrying 2 shopping bags.
6 sunny degrees outside.
Looks lovely, ( through a double glazed window..).
 
The forecast is for..
10 calm degrees. Chill northerly breezes. Sunshine all day.
We're going to put our Womble clothes on and walk into the village.
Viv& Nick , coffee and brandies await us..
We're taking umbrellas, sun cream, Speedos and balaclavas.
 
We‘ve been without power since early afternoon - as so many areas are off round here latest estimate for a fix is sometime tomorrow. No worries though, managed to cook a great meal on the gas barbie in the garden - got snowed on and nearly blown away while I was cooking it but it all adds to the fun. Really warm indoors with the wood burners blazing away.
 
Whilst here in East Sussex we've ongoing sleety showers and the temperatures remaining a couple of degrees above freezing.

They've issued a yellow warning for snow :oops: which made me laugh.
