Really rough in the far north, plenty of debris on the roads and the power has been flickering...

We‘ve been without power since early afternoon - as so many areas are off round here latest estimate for a fix is sometime tomorrow. No worries though, managed to cook a great meal on the gas barbie in the garden - got snowed on and nearly blown away while I was cooking it but it all adds to the fun. Really warm indoors with the wood burners blazing away.

Spent the night rocking and rolling in Cumbria.
Worst wind I’ve ever encountered when out in the motorhome, seems to be easing of at present thankfully.

Whilst here in East Sussex we've ongoing sleety showers and the temperatures remaining a couple of degrees above freezing.

They've issued a yellow warning for snow which made me laugh.
