....so many thanks to Sue & Martin for going the extra mile and organising such a brilliant site and wonderful weather to suit.

Fresher today, but really hot, as it's cloudless and the breeze was absent all morning.
A quick drive to Tavira for a little, vital shopping, an hour gossiping outside the bakery, lunch under the parasols and now it's siesta for the Directors and internet banking for the working class... ( When I'm not skiving on here ).

Too hot to cook, after a tough afternoon on the sun lounger, enthralled with the cricket on the radio.. The pictures ar much better than those on TV.
Portuguese menu tonight's... Prego no Pao.. A nail sandwich..
A lump of steak, garlic and onions in a breadcake/ bread roll, balm cake, papo seco..( Portuguese for dry tit ).. Smothered in mustard and washed down with, ( almost enough) red wine

That's a good one, Paul!
Thanks for that.

They forecast rain for today... A week ago... Only 0.8mm spread over the morning.
" What ? In July ? " said the neighbours, " We'll dance naked,down the main street , if it does !"
Its still, misty, 20 degrees and overcast and we can hardly see across the valley.
Should be interesting in the village centre, later .

Sunny Hampshire is happy.
And so am I.
And so, it seems, are the other moho-ers.
No rain forecast, no snow, no hurricanes, no.......
