There's a clear blue sky and it's expected to reach 44°C with a 3 kph breeze......

In Palm Springs, California.
Whereas here just west of Ledbury it's only 15°C with a chilly 18kph draught coming from across the Welsh border.
On a positive note, hereabouts it's dry with a few patches of blue.

Thank goodness for Lidl 6€ cooking gin and own brand tonic .
A slice of cucumber, lemon and a drop of lime juice makes one feel like a millionaire.

When we flushed the corpse of our daughter's gold fish down the toilet, all those years ago,.. She was adamant that it was only sleeping..

Weather:
Fine fluffy cloudlets have crept in, decorating the sky .
One finds unbroken blue skies, soooo boring.
The breeze is like silk.
The ice cubes are in great demand.
Mustn't grumble.
 
A lovely start to the day with lots of sunshine just to the south of Leominster.
So I went for a bike ride in this beautiful part of England.
Plenty of ups and downs around the Wye valley!
Oh, and plenty of bridges too. This one is a lovely old suspension bridge which has a distinct 'swing' as one progresses across:
