The overnight rain wil probably continue for the rest of the day. It'll remain mild and there'll be a moderate breeze.

(We're still on a hosepipe ban in East Sussex, so yesterday I quickly grabbed the opportunity to scrape out patches of dead moss, lay fresh soil, and put down new grass seed. The unseasonal weather is just right to repair a garden. )

We have glowering dark clouds scudding overhead. It might rain and it might not, so I'll trim a hedge to help it make up it's mind. It's lovely and warm, so that's a bonus.

After overnight rain, we now have a yellow warning for unseasonably strong south-westerlies mixed with thundery showers.

Cooler mornings,, hot afternoons, balmy evenings.
And windy overnight.
A bonus, if we allow a little to blow in through the overbed Velux.
Could be worse!

I forgot to mention, but in the previous photo of the supermoon there was a clearly visible dot at the top right. That was Saturn.

Today we've a light northerly breeze, a mild 19 degrees, and light cloud. There's also the chance of a brief shower later.
