Everything is lush green .
By gum, we've had a drenching !
Keeping the dust down, filling the dams up .
Our local cigarette butt collector, Tab Hunter, has had a bad day.
The apartment dwellers usually smoke outdoors, on their balconies.
Makes his job easier.
He should have a better day tomorrow.

Our very welcome overnight rain is already fading away, leaving us with sunshine and cloud, a light southerly, and 17 deg high.

We might see another brief shower late afternoon.

We got 2 different weather flashes, 20 minutes apart
One says high NW. Winds and heavy drizzle. Wrap up.

The other, calm, 16 degrees with the odd light shower...

Down in the SE corner of the UK we've another dry and very bright day with the lightest breeze and a 16 deg high.

Started clear blue near Monmouth but cloud has rolled in leaving the occasional sunny interval, 14° and a gentle south easterly breeze.
