No rain on offer."
Now...
So much for the weather forecast.
Completely wrong.
They've mixed us up with Narnia again.
Received 2 government weather messages.
One saying the rain will stop soon.
Then another advising of heavy rainfall and to avoid flooding.
I dunno..!

After the above post yesterday, the German Van at right angles to us, and where Herr Man seems to spend all day like 1/2 a cuckoo clock couple running out with his solar panels, or running back inside with them, started his engine up and let it run for quite a while.

This appears to have upset the German Van owner parked next to Herr Man (I assumed they were travelling together because their number plates have the same letters, only the numbers are different). The German owner of the Van next to Herr Man phoned the local Police to complain about the running engine, so a Patrol Car arrived and told all the Germans, Dutch and French to retract their air suspension struts and remove their chairs, dog bowls, washing lines, rows of plant pots, dismounted scooters/motorbikes and sundry other items, and to close down the rear garage doors that some were using as sun shades. Strangely though, the German couple who arrived in the next street to Panzer Alley and parked their car with caravan attached and lowered the corner steadies and jockey wheel onto 5 piles of wooden blocks, whilst leaving their caravan double step in the road were left alone, as were we ...
Lots of very unhappy European neighbours 🤣...

Grey skies so we're off to the laundrette before we reach the stage of needing to ask Peter Mandelson if I can borrow a spare pair of underpants - it's getting that critical 🤣

That picture of him will stay in my mind for quite a long time and put me off my breakfast. OTH, for people (can't use the term 'members' ...) who say he should be bloody well hung, have another look at the photo ... 😁

Weather forecast a bunch of fiction.
Supposed to bright and the invisible rain will stop soon .
The strong Westerly is coming from North Pole . It's clouding over, ominously..
Just going to bring the laundry in.

As I was posting the above, the invisible rain suddenly became extremely visible and Audible.
A lovely, rumbling thunderstorm..
I've now got a basket of damp washing to negotiate.
Mustn't grumble, though.

Awoke to a bright, sunny and warmer feeling start.
No wind.
Forecast indicated a good day for retail therapy.
Med checks until 11.30.
As we left a stiff Northerly greeted us. Got as far as the supermarket, 100m away from home.
It's rained, drizzled or poured, ever since.
