Last night, the wind changed to a N.E. blow.
Straight from the snow topped Spanish Sierra Nevada.
Temperature fell to 6 degrees.

Our local restaurant had put on a special Winter Warmer bean casserole. With stewed pork churaçao sausage and a massive dollop of morcella, black pudding.
We ,foolishly, ordered 2 full meals, at about £10 a throw.

We only managed 1of them.
So we now have about a kilo of this magnificently smelling pot of joy.
Fridge or freezer for next winter..?
