Weather Report..................

The birds and their young are spending every second at the feeders - Have they already detected what is coming?

A lovely bright start with a clear blue sky in the The Weald, being quickly replaced by light cloud, a moderate SW breeze, and 19° high.

Late evening will bring the rain we've been waiting for, allowing plenty of time to prepare for tomorrow's thunderstorms. 🌤☁️🌦

The promised thunderstorms didn't arrive, confusing both our feathered friends and me. 🥴

The heavy overnight rain has moved to the east, leaving East Sussex with a warm and mild day, with a moderate westerly, occasional showers, and an 18° high. 🌦🌦🌤

At last, the thunderstorms have arrived, if a little late, and it's just what the garden needed. All the birds have scarpered too. 🌩⚡
