Weather Report..................

Earlier this afternoon, Ed assured me that the clouds here near Peniscola are a harbinger of wonderful weather:

Sorry for any confusion Colin; the clouds I mean are a definite cigar shape, not the fluffy ones in your photos.

They are etched on my memory because when we were tied up in the old port at Barcelona someone said 'look at those clouds' and then the wind hit us. The boat alongside us was airing his bedding on the boom and that went flying, the palm trees did their best to lay down and things below were thrown everywhere. I've been caught out by a Mistral in France, but that was nothing compared to that Tramontana.

Well I am sat in the van 50 feet from the sea in Mallaig with the van rocking a bit, Caz just came in from a cig give break and put heating on. It’s windy but certain,y not cold, knew I shouldn’t have let her listen to all the gale warnings on weather forecast earlier :(

All the rockin is doing for me is sending me to sleep, Caz said van was rockin during the night in Fort William last night but I slept through it all :)

How do you stop the dog putting it’s cold wet nose up your kilt when you ignore her Gordon, it makes you jump a bit :)

Just been out to a firework party,
November is definitely here really chilly.

2 washer loads of damp laundry just hanging glumly outside.
