Damp morning here let's see what the day brings.

Cold wind from the East. Dry at the moment but stronger winds and showers forecast. ️️️???????

on a positive note only another 4 weeks to 21 dec......shortest day............

Snow in Buxton this morning, not much though, enough to cover cars and make back roads slushy plus tops of hills were white over

Nice day for gardening, 20 degrees , sunny intervals, after a moist night.
Pruned the top out of the pomegranate tree ... Jenny nearly fell off the ladder as a strong southerly breeze blew up.
Lots of damp leaves took some sweeping , the breeze would have helped to move the leaves away from the front door .
30 minutes later, the leaves were dry enough to sweep into a heap... then a northerly wind arrived , blowing the lot into the house.

It's been a dry day on the Iberian coast near Aguilas and late afternoon the sun warmed the Moho at our wildcamp:



....though now the moon has taken over the sky:

The 'Weather Report .........' thread was started on 21st November 2017.

So - HAPPY BIRTHDAY 'WEATHER REPORT....'

And thanks to all the contributors who over the past year have brought considerable bonhomie, humour, great photos and, of course, current factual weather information to the site. Without you this thread would have withered away.
