It isn't moving. If you fix your eyes on one particular 'blob', preferably large and near the edge of the image (say bottom right corner), then the image can be seen to be stationary.
It's a very unusual and effective optical illusion, I guess caused by the way our brains and eyes interact.

optical illusion...very clever.......yes it appears to move.......but actually no movement at all......just our brains being tricked./scrambled............wonder who invents these things......MAGIC....lol
