What are you buying her for Christmas?

Truth is my wife is good with cars etc, she can strip them down fit windsheilds and work a polish mop and compund to bring the paint up, she even wired a radio for her brother after he gave up, that went down like a lead balloon.
Back in the day, I worked for a hire company and worked Saturday mornings. We were just married and still talking! :ROFLMAO: I told her I had to decoke the engine on our Austin A35, so she may as well go shopping with one of her SEVEN sisters! When I got home, there she was outside the house, cylinder head off and pushrods all set out and numbered through holes in a piece of cardboard. The valves were out and the head and ports cleaned. She was sat in the car with the Haynes manual with a cuppa. She was covered in dust and dirt, but I love it when she is dirty.....

A keeper.

:D :D yeah, not quite the same is it sadly, but neither are we.

It's all very well getting her a new Hoover, the trouble is you know who is going to be using it. So you had better get her one that you like the look of. You'll be doing the clothes washing, dishwashing and vacuuming.
Actually here's another idea. In 1972 Hoover made an electric drill which had a couple of new ideas, which were so much better than Black and Decker that I bought one. It was very good, but they don't make them any more. It was made in England I think. Presumably at the A4 factory.

It was so easy. We buy what we want ourselves, only then buying something to open. £10 worth of Haribo did the trick. Until now, she’s been diagnosed with diabetes.
Now I could continue doing the same, but as she’s the only one who knows where things are, I’m going to have to find something else. Thinking caps on.😇
She said she’d like a Cheese plant

Hope she’ll be happy with the Cathedral City cheese company 😘

Jack Dee was responsible for that one.

I'm spashing out on Liz tonight, a hours drive around all the villages looking at the lights on houses not done it since before Covid.

She used to do it with her children when they were little, so yes it is a treat, we were out for almost two hours, it's amazing the effort some people go to with their outside decorations, the best ones were around the council estate in Silsden.
