Managed to give the van a thorough clean yesterday after 10 days away on the west coast avoiding the snow. So plan for the weekend is light the wood burner and settle down to watch the rugby. Decent curry tonight courtesy of The Spicery spice pack and recipe. Repeat tomorrow but without the curry as being taken out for a belated birthday dinner.

Are you liking the new wheels ?

Very much so, thankyou. Smaller than the last van (6.7m vs 7.5m, more importantly for Scottish roads narrower) but we’re getting used to it. I always reckoned Frankia were really well made but I have to say that the Hymer seems equally well put together.
Rugby not good news at half time 14 - 3 to Ireland!

Miniatura 24th and 25th March http://www.miniatura.co.uk/ We`ll be there all weekend.

The wife makes / sells miniature carpets so she`ll be having some meetings with several dealers and spending a bloody fortune on items for her own pride and joy.

She`s had a stand there years back but had quite a few items go missing so doesn`t bother now.
