So, I'm at CAMC ClubFest at Weston Park, trying to get my two dogs used to being around people.
Last night we were sat out in the rain, watching Rougue Minogue (fairly good tribute act, IMO) and waiting for Jason Donovan (big-headed, whining old git (soon to be 56) who's losing the strength in his voice) at what I thought was far enough away from others, but people constantly walked within a couple feet from us rather than giving us a bit of space. Most folks just ignored us, which is fine because the dogs ignored them too, but many felt the need to talk to them, or make stupid noises at them, or just go ahead and stroke them. Or worse, let their kids to do it (FFS).
Twice I was pulled over in my chair because of these idiots, and I had stern words to say to a few others - if one of them happens to be you, I'm not on the least bit sorry.
What's happened to common sense? You don't know my dogs and they don't know you. Neither of them are aggressive, but taken by surprise by someone walking up behind them, who knows? You're putting your safety and the lives of my (and other) dogs at risk for purely selfish reasons. Just keep your distance and show a bit of respect.
