Ban people looking at their mobile phones when crossing the road !
Ban joggers wearing ear buds and jogging down single track roads - I drove right up behind one and followed him for ages - he was oblivious to me. I ended up 2 feet behind him and blew the horn several times before he turned round - he got a fright but then looked quite annoyed. Next time the fecker gets mowed down !
