What's this for on my Eriba/Hymer

Does anyone here know what this little socket (left arrow) is for at the end of my rear bumper. I initially thought it was for the awning but now realise that the little widget under the right arrow is for that.

There’s a dedicated bracket on the roof rack for the tv aerial that came with van.

I’m thinking flagpole might be favourite.

Just wondered if it was standard and if so what it might be for.

If there is one at both the forward and after end of the skirt, it probably is the foot holder for the legs on your awning.
If there is only an after one, it might be the bottom part of the anchorage system for a windblocker. There should be
a small metal slide that you lift to put the foot in and it drops to lock.

Stewart.

The widget pointed to by the right arrow is definitely for the awning as there is another one at the front of the van and when you offer up the awning supports it is apparent that they were made for each other.

I’m not sure what you mean by a wind blocker. I’ve never seem a purpose made one of them.

Of course! A built-in beer holder... there's posh :ROFLMAO:

Thule make mesh windblocker that locks into your awning cassette and at the bottom it locks into that bottom
fitting as well. Its a clever bit of kit, almost like a side wall for your awning.
