Where do you keep your Motorhome?

Keep it at the house ready for the off I’ve got plenty of space but it slopes very steeply used to park my last van in same space but don’t think it was doing the suspension any favours? so build what I call my landing strip perfect bowling green level I built it in a way that it’s a base for a double length garage should I want to change the use even put a tap and drain in.

Ours is just outside the front door, which is on the side of the house, the van is tucked in between our house and next door. Which means it is virtually unseen by passers by.
Our neighbours are very relaxed about it, although before buying a motor home I did ask if they would have a problem.

It's perfect for the quick get away.
 
We keep ours on the drive at home.

Our daughter however, has a caravan and she prefers to keep that at our work unit as it is safer than leaving it on her drive. Because it is on a compound with security guards, she gets discount on her insurance for doing this.

Think i'd have stored it on the drive just to wind up the nosey p***k next door!?
 
At the back of my driveway. Reversed between the house and the garage. It fits behind them so that the doors open.
 
on the front driveway of the house but we are moving soon so may have to put it in storage
 
Have it in the the drive if I am doing some work on it. Otherwise at our local caravan park, at £3oo.oo per annum with unlimited access.
When the nearby CASSOA Gold site started to charge silly money, and had restricted access, I moved and was surprised that the insurance dropped, as it was explained that it was the post code that counted, not the accreditation.Very happy with the arrangement.
 
On a Cassoa Gold site, £230 for 6 months, dont want to keep it on the drive, obvious when we are away, I'm a bit paranoid about that. Insurance is cheaper in storage than on the drive and its only 10 mins away with electric etc
 
Our home is in a semi rural location and has a long drive, and we left our van there after we first bought it, but became uncomfortable when a lady (who we didn't know) walked past and said "You're back then."

That was enough and we moved it to secure storage less than a mile away. Costs about £450/year.

Insurance is happy, and we are happy.
 
Outside of our house as it’s a little bit long for the drive,plus our neighbours Motorhome is also outside their door! We were thinking about putting into storage but so far haven’t looked at many in our area,that’s not to far.
 
On the drive in front of the house, plenty of room for the van and two cars plus the trailer, we used to keep it on a CASSOA Gold Site when it was new but it was hard work even going away for a weekend
 
We keep ours on our drive at home, it lives underneath the carport, although we had to have it raised by a meter to accommodate it. We also have security lights that cover all around the house and CCTV cameras that send me an email image should anyone come into there zones.

On my drive, where it can't be seen from a road, only by someone visiting the house, it's plugged into ehu, and if its not there neighbour knows to keep an eye on house for us without us popping round.
 
On a CaSSOA secure farm nearby, they also have lovely fresh eggs too:cool:
 
Ours lives in the back garden, with it’s own gate. I find it really handy to not have to get it from storage when we want to use it. The house has a complex alarm, so no worries as far as people knowing we’re away.

In a yard a few miles away. The owner of the yard is from a showman's background and his son and grandson live on site, along with the trotting pony and a few ''Daags''. Given that our van is a Hobby, it seems a good idea to have a settled traveller keeping an eye on it. The last person to break in to his workshop spent a few months in hospital, coincidentally.
