Which App for tv tuning

I am almost sure I used to have an app that told me where to point a tv aerial for best reception but can’t remember what it was. Looking through the App Store there are a few that don’t look familiar with mixed reviews.

What app have you got to see where to point your tv aerial for freeview/digital tv? I know about looking where others point but we are not always in sigh5 of anything else

I have no choice where to point the TV aerial as it's a new style navtex mast type and can say without a doubt it is 'not' an improvement on the older manoeuvrable ones like yours whichever way you choose to point it.

I downloaded a couple of apps for this purpose, neither of which seems any good, then found out my phone doesn't have built-in magnetic direction (compass) , I thought they all did.

I have taken off an omni-directional to fit the directional one, I found too many times I couldn't get a signal with it. Last weekend we had a signal with aerial pointing opposite way to everyone else so must have hooked on to a different transmitter. I believe the omni-directionals weren't getting anything at Henley
