Who's gonna be converting our vans to electric now ???

Let us hope it's a real step forward in electrically powered vehicles and that it is friendly to produce and once bought cheap to replace

I put a thread up on here a couple of months ago, showing a French couple converting a VW type 2 to run electric. Can’t be asked to find it again.
If you want to see it, it’s on YouTube somewhere . If it’s that important to see it go for it. I already have.

Looks good to me, you won’t need solar or anything else, just run it flat and change a cell. Brilliant, can’t wait

What will the government tax to replace the billions of pounds of fuel duty ? , time to re-nationalise the National grid and make some money from it perhaps?

It doesn’t need charging or recharging it is a fuel cell not a battery, it produces electricity

Mercedes built an electric motorhome as a prototype. Haven't seen any write up but are not going to be putting it in production. Which is probably the only write up you need 😀

I know trev but do you honestly believe that’ll happen the big oil companies won’t let it they have too much influence and power they’ve been running the world for the last 100 years and I don’t see that changing. The Japanese have swayed towards hydrogen and I think that’s the best choice once they get it 100% right. maybe something new and totally left field will come along.
Hydrogen is good but very hard to strip out, electric will get better once new proven batterys come on line, but im not holding my breath.

I thought the same Trev but if the article this post is about is as good as it says then it could be the game changer that is needed to get us on electric motive power.
