I reckon venison is brilliant on the BBQ Wully, just make sure it’s not over cooked however you prepare it. A bit like beef, underdone is better than overdone. We normally eat outside every Friday whatever the weather as the deck is covered but having spent yet another day snow clearing I just couldn’t be bothered to clear off the chiminea!
We have even had all the family round for Christmas dinner outside on the BBQ deck before now.
