We had a demo at work last night which involved a balloon up a nostril slowly pumped up several times and a lot of cracks .....not for the faint hearted but apparently amazing results !!!

Well they say it's a great "cranial" technique for unblocking all of the sinuses particularly good for curing snoring headaches etc

It definitely not for me, the few that had it done say it's not pleasant but not painful either. I lasted 3 minutes in the room then had to leave ?And that was me just watching ?

I had a pal who's party trick was to snort one end of a condom up his nose and then pull the other end out of his mouth. Oddly he never pulled much.
